The chieftain smiled behind his mask as his son adopted a mildly confused expression. “Relax boy, dey will tell you what you need to know about it, when you need to know. Eat your breakfast.. you have a boat to catch in a few hours, an’ things to do.” The young Troll nodded slowly in answer, still confused considering the lack of real information. Rajass considered the likelihood of getting a straight answer even as he savoured the sweet taste from the last of the goldenbark apple.
Pressing his tongue into his cheek, the rogue simply sighed and nodded, bowing his head slightly. “I’ll do everything I can to explore it chieftain.” He felt a curiously cool wind shift over his form, drawing a brief shiver as he said it. Finishing his breakfast, he hopped up and said his goodbyes to the chieftain. Rajass headed about Sen’jin Village, restocking his pack while he took a few minutes to catch up with friends he had missed at the party. With his business complete, the young man headed for the dock.
After an all too brief ride across the water, Rajass smiled as he hopped up onto the creaking timber from the small ferry boat. He waved to the young woman paddling it, flipping her a couple of silvers for her efforts.
